Around 250 colorful buses are jostle in the Maltese traffic daily. One looks older than the other. However they provide their services, create more than 4000 trips daily, carrying millions of passengers annually. The most are privately owned, prices and times are regulate centrally. The drivers are settled by driven kilometres, not transported passengers.
